Ran into an ex and his current at a mutual friend’s wedding. The Ex and his Love were in a state of fairytale bliss. Everything about them felt genuine and infectious - I was glad for them. once I returned to my then empty apartment, I found myself flooded by “what if’s,” the song ‘Happy Without Me,’ brought back some strooong memories. The album is brilliant.

Okay I love how Happy Without Me gives that bittersweet vibe. It's not coming from a bitter, sad place BECAUSE of the beat. The entire album is just so beautiful. The production, the lyrics and how the tracklist was curated- genius.

TBH... happy is without me is not a doubt a great song but i could just be over all the heartbreak songs. it just doesn't hit within me, still a great tune tho, but Cool people and baby bird is just phenomenal. great messages in both, and beautiful harmonization.

The whole album is banging! Just when I think I have a favorite I switch to another song. For example, I love "Happy without me because it is sexy" but then I heard "Down." They all stand on their own equally in my opinion. These ladies are so talented and at this young age I could only imagine when they have lived and experienced more and can sing about it! Watch out!
