Dear Stevie, Sharing your story in such raw detail as you did, is nothing short of amazing.
I know you didn’t do it for yourself, or for the show, but for those out there who may be experiencing
a similar nightmare, and that makes you one hell of a person.

The courage you have shown by allowing this to be known by the public is immeasurable, and even
if it helps just one person, it has the potential to be life-changing.

You are incredible mate, and should be super fucking proud of yourself for having gone through
what you’ve gone through; and come out of the other end shining. You’re a beautiful person, mate.

Proud to not only call you my co-host, but one of my best mates in the entire world.

 Love ya. - Jaack

I was molested by my birthgiver when I was young. When I finally tried to seek legal help, the justice system failed me, unsurprisingly, because a woman sexually abusing a man (I was only a boy back then, but you know what I mean) isn’t classified as a crime in my country. It takes a lot of courage to even come to terms with what happened, let alone speak about it. This just hit me like a truck. I was sexually assaulted by my cousin when I was 8, he was 16/17 at the time. I started to realise what had happened and remember what had happened when I was 14 and I just broke at 15. The case went no where due to people lying to protect him. Lying about us spending time alone together, lying about me even visiting them every week. I lost my family, lost the last year of my grandma being alive as I just couldn't look at her never mind talk to her out of shame and guilt. Ended up failing my Car's due to not being able to school or study. Lost my friends. Worst of all is that he has 3 kids of his own and the eldest turned 6 this year. I can't sleep due to the idea of what he could do to them. Just needed to vent.

90% of abuse victims are female, and even most of them have trouble coming forward despite all this metoo stuff going around. So I can't imagine how much harder it is for the male victims to come forward, who then have to deal with the societal implications of their gender--homophobic connotations of being abused by a male (like people thinking you're queer if abused by a man), the feeling of potential emasculation if you admit to being a victim, the lack of recognition due to being a smaller percentage of victims, etc. Unfortunately often times the kids are victimized by people they trust, like family members, which makes it extra difficult to come forward.

Stevie, I’m probably old enough to be your mum, but I was molested as a young child by someone in my extended family. I was told that if I told anyone that my mum would be killed. I have only spoken to a handful of people in my life about what happened to me. For me, this abuse went on for several years. For many years, I blocked it out and suppressed the memory of the abuse. Good on you for speaking out about what happened to you! Hou are my hero, Stevie! Much braver than me, mate! 🙌🏼💟☮️🙏🏼

Something happened to me when I was 11, I remember telling a friend's mom about it, and she told my nan, and they just laughed about how weird it was, and then it was never brought up again until I told my parents 15 years later (a few weeks ago, I'm 26 now). They were beyond angry that I told two adults and it never got passed onto them. It's important to tell everyone you can I think; you can't always trust that that one person will get the ball rolling for you, even if you think you can. My respect goes out to you Stevie, for speaking so publicly about this - very courageous. I'm glad it's not affecting you to a damaging degree anymore. Edit: I feel like it's important to point out to you, Stevie, that this very video is what encouraged me to open up to my parents and my partner about what happened to me. I want you to know that this video is helping others.

If I could pass on anything its the importance of taking away stigma from victims, the only way I can do it is by sharing my story and underlining that it's never your fault and whilst you can't take it away fully over time it's possible to get stronger, to live a wonderful life and to trust people again. It does need to be talked about, and those that are brave enough to open up about this and start the conversation are so, so incredibly brave, especially when you know that the video will get a big audience and viewership, like Stevie knew when going into this particular story on Happy Hour. I really appreciate Stevie sharing his story, I'm a CSA survivor too and there's a lot of stigma around it with guys. I watched Pedroseph's video opening up not long ago and it just makes me feel more normal and less like some weak victim. I didn't get justice either, so going through all the trauma of the court system as a child was pointless anyway because the jury were undecided. I think our justice system in the UK is a joke tbh, and sex offences don't have a high enough sentence in my opinion. Three years for something that affects someone for the rest of their lives? Piss take, and that's if you even get justice, which many don't.

Thankfully I've never suffered anything a horrific as molestation or a pedophile. But i have been sexually assaulted before by a women and i really think this whole idea of "women can't sexual abuse/rape men" needs to stop. Essentially I was with a group of friends and we went out to the cinema and after went out drinking. Now i was single at the time and there was this girl who i personally wasn't attracted to. Now i had no idea that she was attracted to me but when we went in to the screening room, she slaps my ass. Now i tried to shrug this off since me and my mates do it to each other as like a jokey bromance thing (not in a gay way, its hard to explain if you don't have your bromance boys) Now i shrugged it off as her trying to do something similar but i was still uncomfortable because i hardly knew her. Then she sits next to me and about 3/4 into the film she "accidentally" puts her hand on my thigh and then she tries to rub it and im really uncomfortable and grab her hand and move it, but then 5 minutes later she does it again. So I get up and tell them im going to the toilet and end up spending like 20 minutes just sat in the toilet and wait outside for another 10 minutes until they come out. Then when we go out to some pubs, eventually everyone but me and the girl were either getting drinks or on the toilet so I directly tell her "look i dont know why you kept grabbing my thigh and slapping my ass since i dont know you but stop. Im not attracted to you". And I did it when it was just us, so I dont embarrass her in front of our mates or cause a scene or argument with my mates. So she just said something like "what im not into you, you freak". So that for now at least made me hope that she would leave me alone. Then we go into a club and we're all having a good time. Now eventually most of us are dancing and when one of my mates goes to get the next round for us all. Then the girl decides to literally put her hand down my pants to touch my dick and then thats when I didnt give a shit about what my mates would think, so I yank her hand off and I loudly say "why the fuck do you keep touching me, i told you im not into you". Now my mates are quite drunk so I can probably understand why they didn't react at all. But I go to this bouncer who is watching us all and i tell him what she keeps doing all night and how I want him to get her out because its wrong that she's in here. Then the bouncer just says "mate what are you gay, just go fuck her". So now im fucking angry and tell him "if I was doing that to her and she told you, you'd beat the shit out of me and call the police, but when she does it, its fine". So then he just tells me how im being aggressive to him and he'll kick me out if I do it again. So I then tell one of the bartenders " [girls name] keeps trying to grope me so can you make sure she isnt doing it to my mates" (we all knew each other from school including the bartender so he knew who I was talking about) Then I just go up to my mates and tell them that im leaving early. Then the next morning my mate messages me and says "why did you leave early [girls name] said you were leading her on and then left her on her own in the club" That really pissed me off so I tell him everything. And he doesn't even really have much of a reaction. But i don't hold it against him because the way culture brought us all up to believe that men can't be victims. And although nothing thankfully escalated, I've been embarrassed ever since and felt like I couldn't do anything or that I should have took it further since she never apologised and actually messaged me on snapchat after and told me "you may not like me now but im gonna fuck you one day" Now important note to mention, she wasn't drunk since she was driving her friends back so she had at most 2 drinks throughout the night. And even if she was drunk, it doesn't excuse her since it doesn't excuse a perverted guy to do it to a women either And it really annoys me because I actually tried to speak up about it to the bouncer yet i got shot straight down. Now thankfully im in a relationship with a really nice girl who hasn't tried to shag me the second she met me and we've been dating for like 2 months now, but i want other guys to know that if there has been a girl who has done the same or worse, then report it since abuse and rape can be committed by men and women and nobody should feel like they can't speak up about p.o.s who violate their private space. And just because "they're a girl" doesn't excuse or justify what they did. Because we all know exactly what would happen if you switched the roles.

That is a bad experience. I am a woman and also experienced abusive females. Once I had a lady friend at my house watching tv and suddenly she pulled me towards her and held me really hard and started touching my breasts. She was a tall and strong woman. At first I was surprised, it all was so absurd, but then I pushed her away. I am much more used to abusive men though, I am that unlucky type that attracts rapists and psychopaths so since some years I kept all men between 18-75 years at a minimum 2 meter distance. And women. I was in quarantine long before 2020. P.T.S.D. is real. I hope that other victims get the help they need, and the ability to speak up without shame, like Stevie.

@@ptsd73 im sorry you had to go through that. like im pretty sure people might read my comment as some "let's hate women" type of thing. Like no, anyone who thinks they have the rights to start touching people for their sexual pleasure need to be stopped and held accountable for no matter man or woman. Honestly us a species has evolved to the point we have built shit and are pretty much the most apex predator since we have weapons. And yet we as a species are so fucked in the head that we abuse, murder, steal, and just commit atrocities against each other

@@jmaddnessL0L You were not hateful. And no matter gender, it's not ok to start touching people for own sexual pleasure. We better build respect for eachother and work together for a more equal and peaceful society.

I love that this video made people who unfortunately went through experiences like this, I can’t begin to imagine how scary that would be for you mate, you couldn’t have said it better and your 1000% right about “women can’t abuse men” thing, it’s so dumb, stay strong ❤️

@@bigmanchungie8685 thankyou mate. Ive never understood where the whole "women cant rape/abuse men" even came from or why there's people who actually agree with that. Mad world we live in...
