RUFFLES
Mesh: Cut Ruffles 30in
Ribbon Tails: Cut 13in long for bottom and Cut 12in long for top
Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long
Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long
For Bottom you will need 10 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in
For Top you will need 8 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in
Ribbons Cut- 13in for bottom and 12in for top
