@@mymusicaljesus I would absolutely recommend it, as intonation and pitch quite often change after apply the capo (i.e. pressure) to the strings. I pretty much always tune in standard (or whatever tuning without capo), then fine tune WITH capo to make sure the intonation and pitch is true. Just my personal approach, though, peace.

Transcale Steinberger guitars have always capo on.
