Persuasion is more powerful because with the right words u can make someone do something they otherwise wouldn't be rob a bank etc. It could be possible with the affection manipulation to do the same I suppose

I love them both, Legion and Crazy Jane are surely badass on their own universe. Difference between the 2 Legion - Born as Mutant - hundred of personality, created every moment - true power is Superpower Manifestation (manifest any powers possible and given separately to each personalities) - can absorb other personality as well - sometimes become a "villain" and wreck havoc in the story - David still appear and take control sometimes Legion/David (FX version) - born as mutant - David seem in the full control most of the time - Known powers: Telekinesis, Force Field creation, Teleportation, Telepathy, Reality Manipulation and Time Manipulation. - start the story as a Hero but end up as the "Villain" in the end of season 2 and season 3. - seem to be delusional narcissistic and not facing the problem with DID/Split personality Crazy Jane (Live action/Comic) -born as human, turned into metahuman by experiment - 64 personality - some alters are powerless and using weapon instead - True personality, Kay Challis doesn't appear on the outside usually. - Have the Underground to keep the Alters more in control and less trouble - most of the personalities really want to protect her. - become Anti-hero most of the time and member of Doom Patrol. - less dangerous than David/Legion, good thing for her.

I dont know how it works but is alternate a just diffrent version so wouldnt a personality be complety diffrent like Jane's personality because in the underground there complety diffrent looking sounding acting so I wouldnt call it a alternate version but what do I know
