My sister was killed in a car accident... she was 8 years older than me and from the stories... she prayed so hard for me... she even had a little book about how to become a big sister and she did the little things they said to do in the book....I always feel so sad when I think of how happy she was to have me... and how miserable I am to have lost her

My friend was like this when we were Freshmen in high school. He was always talking about wanting to be an older brother. Then one day he pulled up to school with one of those shirts. Because his family wasn't wealthy and they were being raised by a single mom, me and him got to raise the kid during the day and then at night his mom would help. They moved, but through those months being with him, the friendship turned into brotherhood, and he pretty mich became my brother too.

I remember this feeling and the exact moment my mother announced to me that we're going to have a baby ! I couldn't believe it and it was one of the most amazing moments of my life, along with his birth of course.

When My oldest son was 10 was he asked to be a big brother little did he know my wife his mom was pregnant and his dreams would come true and now he is an amazing big brother to 3 little brothers and they love him to pieces and I have 4 amazing sons and I couldn't ask for better sons. When I'm at work my oldest sons helps his mom and the bond he has with his younger bros is so strong is unbreakable. I am truly happy for moments like these brings back good memories. Of course they are older now and time has passed but that day he found out he was going to be a big brother my wife and I will never forget. And he will never forget either . my wife and I didnt think we could have more children but we did and maybe thats because My son wanted to be a big brother so bad. Hey who knows. I think my son he knew all along he was meant to be a big brother 😉
