❤ Trying to find my center or something to pull me back in. Sometimes calming music like this saves me in the moment working on living in the peace and serenity I feel right at this moment. Kick off the shoes, place both feet on the floor as you sit comfortably, take a deep slow breath in from your nose, hold for 4 seconds and release blowing gently from your mouth for 5 seconds, you can try placing your hand on your heart and tap 5 times to help you focus on your breathing,while counting. Repeat 3 times in through the nose out through the mouth.. Relax your shoulders, this is You taking time out for yourself. We all take breathing for granted without even thinking about it. Learning to focus on something so simple yet important can really change our mood & mind set to a positive relaxing energy, bringing peace to our 4 elements.. physical,mental ,emotional & spiritual.. Positive outlook on life may reduce the risk for heart disease ---------------- In the US Health and Retirement study, in participants with known stable heart disease, positive psychological traits were associated with significantly lower risks of having a heart attack, and these traits included optimism (38% lower risk), positive outlook (32%), and having a purpose in life (27%). Here’s heartwarming news: People with a family history of heart disease who also had a positive outlook were one-third less likely to have a heart attack or other cardiovascular event within five to 25 years than those with a more negative outlook. That’s the finding from Johns Hopkins expert Lisa R. Yanek, M.P.H., and her colleagues. The finding held even in people with family history who had the most risk factors for coronary artery disease, and positive people from the general population were 13 percent less likely than their negative counterparts to have a heart attack or other coronary event. Yanek and her team determined “positive” versus “negative” outlook using a survey tool that assesses a person’s cheerfulness, energy level, anxiety levels and satisfaction with health and overall life. But you don’t need a survey to assess your own positivity, says Yanek. “I think people tend to know how they are. -------- Hope and Your Heart ------- The mechanism for the connection between health and positivity remains murky, but researchers suspect that people who are more positive may be better protected against the inflammatory damage of stress. Another possibility is that hope and positivity help people make better health and life decisions and focus more on long-term goals. Studies also find that negative emotions can weaken immune response. What is clear, however, is that there is definitely a strong link between “positivity” and health. Additional studies have found that a positive attitude improves outcomes and life satisfaction across a spectrum of conditions-including traumatic brain injury, stroke and brain tumors.

Releasing is much better than removal. We can't remove anger or sorrow, and even if we could, it would hurt us in a lot of ways. It's important not to be so negative about how we feel, our emotions are part of us after all. What we get angry at are the things we care about tells us a lot about ourselves. Anger is a very useful emotion, it is good at noticing when our needs are not met and motivates us to speak out against injustice. It's not inherently a bad emotion, but it sure can be used for the wrong reasons. If we have too much ego, we might get angry at someone pointing out a problem that is causing damage to ourselves and others. It is important to get angry at the right reasons. Sorrow and it's associated emotions are good for telling others we need help. In this day in age, a lot of people see that as a weakness. Some of us don't want to help others and get angry at them feeling sad, which is a toxic mindset. We need compassion for ourselves and others, and sorrow is a good place to start. It's okay to feel sad, hurt, and alone. We are not broken for how we feel. Sadness, sorrow, pain, they are all emotions that allow us to cry. Crying is a release of these emotions. Having a good cry can help with the feeling in your chest. Sometimes though, we cry to often and too much, there is so much sadness in our life that it is hard to stop sometimes. I know many times in my life where I thought it could never get better, where things would never go right for me. Those assumptions where wrong, and I am sure of it when I say, that things will get better. Even if you feel like you have been waiting forever.

Hadih🤲🌱 I am grateful for all I have. I am looking after my adult disabled son and I am doing my best to be there for him. It's hard at times. I can't go out to the beach or just be with nature. I pray for a miracle for my son that ge can walk and do things on his own.🙏. It hurts me to see him in this state. 😔 This I will try, to meditate. Sne kalyegh 🤲 To you all have a blessed evening 🌌.

Growing up at the base of the Rocky Mountains I spent hours and hours in the forest and nearby lakes. The wind whispering through the pine boughs always made me catch my breath and stand still. It made me smile from the inside out and from head to toe. On many an occasion I would sit near a fire with the embers crackling and popping. Often with a mug cradled in my hands filled to brimming with cocoa or another warm beverage to chase the chill from my fingertips. In a world chaos laden these are the moments I hold in my mind when life becomes loud and less than peaceful. My thinking spot in the woods is always just a thought away. Just like this music now and the imagery of the fire that accompanies it. Is there really anything more magic? I think not.
