A very healthy delicious homemade frozen banana, cashew nuts and dates ice cream recipe. perfect for the whole family and great t share with friends too. so easy, simple, satisfying and delicious.
ingredients
-frozen banana chunks (freeze for 6-7 hours then bring out to defrost a bit before using)
-vanilla flavor
-soaked cashew nuts (soak for 10mins or overnight)
-soaked dates (soak overnight)
-powdered milk
-condensed milk
-chocolate chunks or powder
-cream cheese
-water
blend till it is creamy and very smooth
then refrigerate for 6-8hours or more
now serve and enjoy
