I’d rather a switch 2 in 2022 then a a switch pro rn.. ps5 and series x still haven’t adopted the hype their predecessors got before them and the consoles before that too.. developers are still and intend to develop for both through out this next year which tells me the market isn’t there right (pandemic or enthusiasm take your pick) I’d rather nintendo take MORE time to flesh out a new switch to be on par with ps5 and series x (relatively speaking that is) to instead garner support for those games over releasing some half step measure and draw out the switch life span any further.. let it sizzle out and be replaced naturally and for better games too

So yeah a few frame drops but that doesn't say anything about the overal quality and it surely gives a honest presentation of what you can expect compared to Cyberpunk2077 which I am sure you know of the situation. I think the gaming industry should take a step back like Nintendo does, not technology wise but just in overal philosophy. @@averagecontroller.4149 Oh, I see, well, that's simple, see, during the holiday season, millions of parents worldwide want their children to have a video game system, and so what these advertisements do is that they basically fixate the Nintendo Switch and how good it is into their minds, and also informs them about whether or not it will be a good present for their children, there are others who are affected by the adverts as well, but it's the parents and kind of even the children that they are mainly targeting here

Nintendo kind of painted themselves into a corner with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I mean, how much farther can they go with the series. I don't see how they could top 8 Deluxe. Although, there are plenty of other great kart racers on the Switch worth playing: CTR, Team Sonic Racing, and Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2. They're all solid games that have their own unique spins on the genre.

I personally am really hoping for a Switch Pro release, but I'm not sure what the company has in mind. At this point, I don't think they have anything to lose. It would be a fantastic move that would open the doors to so many different game developers, and so many possibilities of games - both old and new.

If there was a switch pro then specs will obviously be upgraded, but hopefully they'll do something like: Make the screen quality 1080 in handheld instead of 720 and make it 4k in tv mode instead of 1080, Make the internal storage at least 64gb or maybe even 128gb, DEFINITELY make the joycons not drift as much And bluetooth support. I think the switch pro would be 350$ or maybe even 400$.
