New Defense Mode is sooooo much better than the other two "defense" modes. They might as well get rid of Eradicate and Civilian Extraction.

They need to fix the civilian extraction, it is almost impossible without 4 friend squad. The waves just never stop.

The Eruptor is a fantastic gun, unfortunately Jack isn't using it that well in this video lol.. The aoe of the eruptor will definitely kill multiple other enemies around the target you shoot if theyre fairly close together. It also one shots most of the medium armor enemies.

you need to say "Hell yeah" when you do the clap

I found with the explosive sniper you need to take something like a Stalwart to use as a pseudo-primary and treat the sniper as your power weapon/ long range. Otherwise it's too slow and unwieldy to use as your primary, and there's an interesting glitch where you fall towards whatever you are shooting if you are too close to the explosion which isn't ideal if what you are shooting has chainsaws for arms. It is very good for popping devastators, 1-shotting scout walkers and destroying bot fabricators though.

They could make this even more fun by adding assets outside the walls that you could activate with a timer, like anti-air, shield generators, or even a capture point, then increase the spawn rate to the same as an "extract scientists" mission. Or better yet cause the spawns and drop points to move closer to the intact gates after they break the outer ones. It would make the map feel a feel little less like a passive defense, and make it so that if you aren't having an upkeep on those outer defenses, it'll get progressively harder.

mines are pretty good, short cool down. So you can put one down at the start and by the time the bot's show up you can drop another one on the other side. I got the ship buff for fire so I use those.

you really need EMS mortars on this mission to make it easy, and the ajudacator scope like the AMR is not aligned it will one shot kill up to devasators with a single head shot but good luck actually landing one with the scope

Ive seen a lot of halo odst comparisons which i 100% love the thought of but also imagine you’re the clone army having to hold waves of droids similar to this high level of action and team work. Maybe something like that was planned for the battlefront 3 game we never got to have 😔😔

arcthrower tip: aim above head for headshot. Flick up after straight aim to gaurantee it. Headshots go crazy for hulks and destroyers.

Use your quasar on heavy targets more! You can one shot hulks , and two - three shot tanks, with the Eruptor rifle blowing up the smaller targets, it's an AWESOME combo to run, try it out sometime it's fun. The cooldown on quasar cannon is like 3-4 seconds.

Good thing Tom and Stod completely carried you through the match. Why bring the quasar if you're only going to use it once?

If you want an cheese fest, call in your other quasar halfway through the match. then fire you first quasar shot, pick up the second quasar and fire. repeat to shoot down all ships, dont have to wait for refractory period. can fire much quicker consecutive shots

I'm so upset that this game didn't release on Xbox. I want to play it so badly. 😢 Once I get a PC, I'm replacing my Xbox with a Playstation. That way, I'll have all my bases covered going forward.

Im new to the extreme difficulty level, its quite intense. What I did find helpful is using the quasar to hit one of the engine modules of the drop ships, which will one shot it. The bots have usually dropped by time the cannon fires, but the ship usually crashes ontop of them doing a lot of damage. Seemed to help keep the numbers down getting that splash damage. Still trying to refine my loadout, but this new mode is so much fun!

Played the game for around a month then my laptop wasnt able to run the game after few updates, got around 60-70 hours playtime on steam but only around 25-30 hours in game cause it always crashed, good time tho. Hoping to upgrade my laptop in a few years
