Hi. I was wrong. Not the PC program is important. The USB power is the key. My method is TEMPORARY as I get the same fault twice again. So the phone need jump-start. When your phone sitting on the Samsung S7 Powered by... with blue light or black screen with blue light, connect to the power source. You will get the charge icon. Now you need PATIENCE!!!!! You will Press the Volume Down+Power untill its restart. Wait. After the start you will get the same Samsung S7 screen again and again. Allways wait few minutes until its looks like nothing happening. Just keep restart the phone, maybe with just the power button only. When you get the phone back to live, DONT open the screen wait until you have the time is counting on your screen. If the time is working few minutes your phone back to live, if not will restart itself again. I was do this last time 3-4 HOURS. I hope its helps.

I didn't find the quick solution yet, but, most of the people that got this problem solve it by replacing the screen system by samsung, and this what i'm about to do too, since it is still covered by samsung 1 year warranty.

If you want to restart the cellphone and skip the blue light, just hold the power button + volume down button (as it is shown in the video herein) it will work but the problem won't be resolved since it will happen again (this is my case)

Dank Memmes if you you have time and patience you can do it.If not,stop reading. you need a heat gun which is a blow dryer on steroids to heat the back of the phone.(must remove sim card first)You will then used cards and a razor blade to take the back of the phone off(after heating with heat gun)Watching a disassembly tutorial would help with this process. You will then remove all screws in the back of the phone. now push on the visible portion of the battery while holding the aluminum frame it should pop apart. now unplug the battery (right side of rear camera) now clean of any contacts that may appear to be flawed in any way.if any are burned or corroded clean them. now check inside all of the plugs on the phone, go ahead and blow them out. now put the phone back together,check your plugs and make sure all of your buttons work before putting the back glass back on. this method worked for me,I just had to try stuff.My phone had randomly shut off and screen wouldn't turn back on. although the phone was on with a notification light flashing in the top from dark to light blue. be sure to comment on here weather it worked or if you ran into some sort of problem. GOOD LUCK; )

main fix of ur problem was to remove lcd flex-.- it's not fix for blue diode
