People of Darjeeling have suffered like anything whether it be the 40 days Bandh or the 100 days at the end people had to suffer. At the end there’s no result at all , healthcare and unemployment being the major issues till today has not been addressed at all . With the recent TET scam the future of our youth is getting wasted. Time and again politicians have raised the issue of Gorkhaland but no result at all !!!!! The future of Darjeeling lies in the hands of the people this time.

Gorkhaland is a movement of migrant Nepalese who immigrated to Sikkim And Darjeeling during modern history. Their Nepali identity is an off product of Nepali nationalism and identity that overspilled to Bhutan and Northeast area after they came to Mughlan. Nepali pravasi Assam Mizoram Meghalaya Nagaland Bhutan Sikkim me adhunik itihas me rehne lagey apna Nepali homeland chorke Northeast praves kiya. Bhutan aur northeastke pradesh me nepali identity rights demand karne se bahut political turmoil aur disturbance ki wajah se nepaliyo ko wahase dusri jaga palayan karna para. No matter what, common people of Darjeeling will always get victimised. Darjeeling lacks a good leader. As a result youths are getting victimized,tea labourers are getting victimized. Darjeeling people are soo confused of whom to vote. By the fear of even not getting the free ration, they vote. For a few bucks they vote, because of the leaders people are getting nothing so people take whatever comes to them. Mamata Banerjee has failed as a CM for the people of Darjeeling. In the name of GORKHALAND,we are being manipulated since long back. Even after independence of the country, Darjeeling has not been free.

Not only in darjeeling.neighbour seats like jalpaiguri cochbihar ,dinajpur( mongoloid koch rajbanshi dominated about 3o lakhs), Bjp ignored the demands of koch rajbanshis about recognisation of rajbanshi language in 8 th schedule, para military regiment as a treaty between congress and kochbihar raja in 1949 In darjeeling plan area about 2.3 lakhs are rajbanshi peaple totaly ignored

Before a demand of state before any agenda policy demand darjeeling needs to ask for employment generation as the rate of employment is 0 or even -ve only after that will others thung should comr first. Ik there are employment crisis all over india but darjeeling is a different case as manh seats in darjeeling are still vacant but the authorities are failling to fill it due to unknown reasons . Still darjeeling being in this bad conditions it has still thrive to become well stable economy place with very good amout of literate people . I wanna imagine the day where darjeeling be thriving sky high up with its local economy but the source won't be becuz of tourism but due to high employment, and for it darjeeling politicians should foucs on making people of darjeeling focus more on actual employment rather then heavily depending on tourism
