Maybe if you put glow lichen on the back wall of your spawner you will be able to see the skellies better? It's a spawnable light level.

Hey False, to improve the spawner so the mobs don't get hung up before the bubblevator... talk to Impulse, he has a trick that allows them to effortlessly flow into the bubblevator without others pushing... id try to describe it but it's hard to explain well...

Yeah you can have them drop down on to a wall block (1 block down) before the soulsand, and dig 1 block out behind the soulsand (the same level as the top of the soulsand) and the water flowing back to that hole behind it will pull the skellies on to the soulsand so they don't get stuck

The thing I love about hermitcraft is perfectly summed up with how they have diamond tools and armor, and have beaten the ender dragon on episode one. That doesn't happen with other SMPs. These hermits have got to be the most talented survival minecrafters.

Bees pollinate in Minecraft. It's the same as applying bonemeal, just by a mob. Gem's bees in her greenhouse must've pollinated and bonemealed her berries.

Loving your season False! And it's so refreshing to see you collabing frequently, with the ladies no less! You were so generous, bringing the armour and the weaponry for Gem and Stress. You three are very fun together. I hope all 5 of the ladies can do some kind of epic collab at some point. I look forward to all the ladies episodes more than any of my other favourite hermits (apart from Etho lol - which is why I hope he collaborates more with them).

If you put an air block behind the first water source block on top of the soul sand it'll "pull in" the skeletons. Well, at least if there's a wall in there too. Learned that from Impulse in season 6, works like magic!

If you haven’t already solved it, putting a fencepost or a staircase right before the bubble stream up, with a sign Can help the skeletons keep flowing without having to have another skeleton push them into the stream

btw did you know that spawners require the light level to be just under or equal to 7? Which means that you can light up the room with Glow Lichen(7), Redstone Torches(7), singular or double Candles (3/6), Amethyst clusters (5). The numbers are the light levels emmited by said blocks. Glow Lichen or Redstone Torches are the best candidates imo as they don't have collision hitbox and dont disturb the movement of the mobs in any way.

Maybe these spawners with tinted glass would look nice with a light block behind the glass on the far side, so it’s backlit, but the tinted glass prevents any real light from coming through. For example, shroom lights behind the tinted glass. Then from viewing window you see the silhouette of the spawner and any mobs that spawn.

I think you can put glow berries or something on vines, and a daylight sensor with a pressure plate or something to trigger it. Also, you should have the spawner look like a large amethyst so the berries light up the amethyst room.

i think you should put tinted glass on the opposite wall of the skelly farm then put lighting behind that so when you look over you can see in through the glass where the skels spawn ^^

False, if u notice me, i have a suggestion. I saw that u have something tall in front of your house. with three yellow lanterns hanging on. U can put 2 shroomlights and cover it with trap doors. It will look like proper hanging lanterns.(btw u get glow berry if u bonemeal the glow berry wine or if bees pollinate them)

Faulse the glow lichen is light-emitting level 7 so spawns still do happen line the entire spawner walls with it and you will be able to look in and see things easier. Gl love your vids.

..also i think if you drop your skeles further in the spawn room you will get faster spawn rate, you have to drop them like 8 blocks under the spawner so it doesn't detect them and will spawn more faster, it is kinda fun to see them bobbing around in there though so maybe it's an entertaining tradeoff (edit: i'm not sure how far you need to drop them..)

Hey false just wanted to let you know glow lichen has a light level of 7 which is low enough to not prevent spawns so you could put a couple inside the spawner room and see through the tinted glass but still run the farm.
