Welcome to our captivating journey through the fascinating realm of ancient megaliths. In this documentary blog, we will embark on an exploration of remarkable sites scattered across the globe, where colossal stone structures have stood the test of time, leaving us in awe of the advanced skills and ingenuity of our ancient ancestors. From Japan to Peru, from Egypt to Micronesia, these monumental megaliths have puzzled archaeologists, historians, and scientists for centuries. Let's delve into the mysteries surrounding each site and unlock the secrets that lie within.
Our journey commences in Japan's Asuka region, home to the enigmatic Japanese megaliths. These massive stone structures, with their mysterious purposes and intricate carvings, offer a glimpse into the ancient beliefs and customs of the people who once inhabited this land. From towering monoliths to impressive tombs, the Asuka Japanese Megaliths captivate us with their grandeur and raise intriguing questions about their origin and significance.
Next, we venture to Peru to unravel the enigma surrounding the Saywhite Strange Monolith. Rising from the rugged landscape, this peculiar stone formation astounds us with its unique shape and intricate carvings. Join us as we explore the theories surrounding its creation and its potential connection to the ancient civilizations that flourished in the region.
Our quest takes us to the heart of Cusco, Peru, where we encounter the Intihuatana Sundial Megalith. This celestial timekeeping device, perched high in the mountains, reveals the astronomical prowess of the ancient Inca civilization. Journey with us as we uncover the secrets hidden within the Intihuatana and delve into the profound connection between the Inca people and the cosmos.
Prepare to be astounded as we return to Japan to witness the mesmerizing Ishi No Hoden, a floating stone that defies the laws of gravity. How was this massive stone suspended in mid-air without any visible support? Explore the theories behind this perplexing phenomenon and ponder the advanced knowledge possessed by the ancient builders who crafted this astonishing marvel.
Venturing to Central America, we arrive at the ancient Mayan city of Quirigua in Guatemala. The Megalithic Park within this archaeological site presents us with intricately carved stelae and towering stone monuments that depict the rich Mayan history and culture. Join us as we unravel the stories behind these megalithic wonders and gain insight into the lives of the Mayan people.
Our exploration continues in Bolivia, where we encounter the mind-boggling Puma Punku. This site, characterized by its massive stone blocks intricately fitted together, challenges conventional theories about ancient construction techniques. Witness the precision engineering and extraordinary craftsmanship displayed in every colossal stone, compelling us to question the capabilities of ancient civilizations.
Our journey takes us to the land of pharaohs, Egypt, where we uncover evidence of advanced machining techniques employed by the ancient Egyptians. For the full list of Ancient mysteries see our documentary list below...

Interresting that everyone is thinking in nowadays stone cutting.. When I see some of those megalithick structures it looks more like done with polymer... Maybe there was some sound technique that made the blocks to become granite.... that should maybe explain also the knocks on the side of some stones... its also much easyer to cut fresh concrete before it really hardent... just thinking.....

As an art and anthropology major in college the question of HOW these amazing artifacts were made has always fascinated me more than why. I did research and tried to answer this question while working on my degree and was astounded to find that archeology lacked an explanation and seemed to have zero interest in solving this mystery. Thank you for this cohesive presentation of so many examples and interesting theories from a truly scientific perspective.

I have a feeling that if we learn why, it will also answer the question of how. For example, when he showed the statues of the seated Egyptian figures that were very precise. If we accept that they had advanced technology, possibly even beyond what we have now, then the questions arise, what was an ankh actually? What was a djed pillar actually? What was the real purpose of the strange tall hats that these Egyptian statues often wear? Why were pyramids and obelisks capped in electrum? What were the crook and flail? They are clearly not actually the farm tools known as 'crooks' and 'flails' so what were these objects really and why did the pyramid builders carry them so often? My point is, if we could actually understand the *purpose* of something like the precise giant granite boxes that seem to be under every single pyramid, it might shed some light on what kinds of lost technology they had access to.

I did sandblasting for about ten years. I worked with most every type of stone that you can imagine a multitude of times. For those interested in horse racing I did the engraving on Barbaro’s monument as well as on John Henry’s monument. To entertain myself one afternoon I got to messing around with a pneumatic chisel (sort of a miniature jackhammer.). I chiseled around on a scrap granite monument for about an hour and a half, i accomplished next to nothing. I can tell you without a doubt, what these ancient Egyptians did with stone is impossible. No question, no arguments, no doubts, impossible!

@@Speedster189 A diorite statue. Even with saw marks on the edges. I can just see us with cut off saws and carborundum blades getting next to nowhere and still creating a face with symmetry of the face and shoulders probably equal to a CNC. Going further to gigantic granite boxes that are made with air tight lids. Maybe the last part is a slight exaggeration one one thousandth of an inch tolerance in 10 feet. They found one with liquid in it recently. That one thousandth of an inch still lets in air I suspect. So corundum bowls which can only be cut using diamond and they didn't use diamond chisels even if they had a high speed lathe.

I hate to burst your bubble, as you think yourselves so well informed, yet the mystery has been solved, it's not actient technology, not aliens- just poured cement. Did you truly belive aliens came to help man build better??? Do we help the ants build better housing? No. It's not likely. In order to get 'stones' laid so closely that a single piece of paper can't pass between them and has no tool marks, is because they are POURED CEMENT!!!! OR TYPES OF CEMENT made with whatever they had on sight. Incas and Egyptians had cement and knew how to build with it. These stones are way too heavy to carry, so they were not carried, not machined, but poured, just like cement.... You need to apply occams razor theory to this and everything else in life...
@c.a.greene8395
@c.a.greene8395 2 роки тому
@@uncannyvalley2350 totally agree... Why is it so hard for people to see the blocks for what they are, poured cement. The idea of aliens coming to help man carry stones and build better housing for their dead or for worship is so flawed and outrageous that any scholars believing these theories should have their credibility and degree taken away. Occams razor...only poured cement explains no tool marks, the stones placement so close a single sheet of paper can't pass between them - because they were poured in place, one after the other...only poured cement explains the weight and placement - zlso explains how so many stones have exactly the same composition- if they were truly natural stone, and not clay/cement poured into place then the stones would vary in their color and hardness...these are identical in every way...which means they are pour cement...case closed. No aliens lol

I think they went for technology using a more spiritual journey. I think spiritual based tech allowed them to manipulate time/space. They essentially had magic. And while the scientific method has gotten us pretty far I dont think that method works to learn this stuff. Imagine if you could hum and cut a rock, rather make the particles taken out by quantum manipulation. I also think the modern day UFO's helped them and possibly decided not to help us this time because last time the biblical flood and all lol

This is hands down one of the most comprehensive and seemingly open-minded presentations around the evidence of lost ancient civiliz ations technologies. The level to which we do not know far outweighs what we pretend to have a full scope and comprehension of regarding history and prehistory. A simple acknowledgment that linear evolution of society doesn't exist would be a fantastic first step in the direction of attaining true knowledge and insight from our collective past.

@@yo-Rowe It seems to me your comment is also neither very open-minded nor comprehensive. These videos present a number of clear and legitimate challenges to what you are calling "facts", which are actually theories that establishment authorities have all accepted, without question and often without further research. So many voices that try to ask questions about the accepted paradigm over history have received scorn and ridicule like yours, only for succeeding scholars to come to an acceptance of their findings. Some of these include Galileo in his observations of the orbit of the Earth around the Sun; Albert Wegener with continental drift that later gained acceptance with the understanding of plate tectonics; Luis and Walter Alvarez with their discovery that a massive comet strike precipitated the general extinction of the dinosaurs, the challengers to the theory of "Clovis-first" in the Americas like Professor Albert Goodyear here in my state of South Carolina USA; and the Younger Dryas impact group of scientists who have provided a serious possibility of a series of comet strikes that could have mostly wiped out a highly advanced global civilization. They were all subjected, or are being subjected -- to the same close-minded, dogmatic accusations you have leveled, when scientists and scholars should be open-minded enough to examine the serious questions they raise. So, just wait awhile, sir -- as we have seen with the proven dates of Gobeckli Tepe, high civilization on Earth just keeps getting older and older.

I had never heard of the connections of so many cultures and languages around the world to the Basque language and culture. These connections were extremely compelling. However, the one suggestion I would make is for the producer(s) of the video to check the pronunciation some of the place names. The inaccurate pronunciation of these sites is often jarring in the midst of an otherwise excellent production. I would suggest listening to the native experts, or to the pronunciations of Graham Hancock or Brien Foerster. I should add that I have only recently discovered this channel and have not watched all the videos offered, so this issue may have been corrected. If so, my apologies. The first stone in Japan is a pouring smelt. Used in the manufacture of metals, composite minerals, they would make batches of mix, like glass as an example and pour the product into molds to transport to all the blacksmiths in the surrounding areas. During the bloodiest feudal conflicts this method was the most expedient way to put workable high quality blade material into blacksmiths hands to forge for the armies.

They were refuges from the bi annual meteor storms that eventually petered out to what we today call the Leonids and the other one escapes me. Possibly dating back to the younger dryas event that wiped out the Mammoths and sabre tooth tigers etc 11,000 years ago

Another excellent and highly compelling video. Can I please point out that the unfinished obelisk in Aswan wasn’t abandoned because of a fault. Chris Dunn clearly showed that it was being decorated right over where the crack is now. Incredible, stunning & most magnificent pieces of art and architecture ever created by the human hand on our planet are unsigned pieces of work with no definitive origin, we can only credit these creations to human kind as a whole. Love these mysteries that will never be solved by academia or archeologists, and no matter how advanced and complex we think we are now with our chemicals, nuts, bolts, solder, wire, metalurgy and plastics, these high forms in stone will never be matched or replicated again.Fantastic channel, superb narration & nice smooth & timely videography..
@N8Dulcimer
@N8Dulcimer 10 місяців тому
As I watch videos like this I am constantly stricken with the sense that maybe they did not possess some "highly advanced" technology, maybe they possessed a simple technology that we never dedicated much thought to. I saw a video recently where a man used a huge sheet of some sort of glass as a magnifying lens and was able to crack apart a block of granite in his backyard. There is an egyptologist named Yousef Aywan who claims that his father and a team made a replica of the 'schist disc' shown at 41:45. He claims that when they spun it fast and played a specific frequency of sound at it, it could hold lightweight objects in suspended animation. We may never know how true that is, but it's definitely true that every object has a fundamental frequency that will destroy it with absolute ease. Tesla made several inventions utilizing this, however when he set one to the natural frequency of the earth, it caused a small earthquake and local power outage and he wasnt exactly encouraged to continue those experiments after that. Tesla claimed that if he were to set his resonance generators all around the world and set them off at once, he could probably split the planet in half. There are three fundamental physics concepts that the pyramid builders were obsessed with incorporating into their structures: resonance, magnetism, and astronomical alignment. Here in the modern world, for as much as we love to feel advanced, we have embarassingly avoided studying how sound, magnets, and sunlight can be harnessed. Who knows how easy these tasks might be, we as a society dont have much interest in finding out.
@Eqwipman
@Eqwipman 8 місяців тому
I have never tried this but the flatness might have been achieved by spreading sand across the surface of the stone and then sliding another back and forth grinding the high points till it was smooth. i know we are talking about tons but a stone sliding on sand might move much easier. Also the sliding can be done using a fulcrum to amplify the power and could have used several people to move it. if they need to add fresh sand they can push it over the edge and can use more levers to lift it so more sand can be added. i have used sandpaper glued to a piece of glass to smooth out a piece of aluminum. Very similar.
