Most of last season's signings were unsuitable for the task in hand- staying in the Premier League and Sargent was no exception. I don't think he's the finished article as a player, but his workrate and effort cannot be faulted. He's had a great week and deserves to do well.

Ted Lasso is a wonderful show, but it's not doing any favors for American footballers in England. He used to be regarded as Pulisic's best running mate. Now, he isn't even called up for friendlies, let alone competitive matches. I'm truly hoping to see him regain form and favor.

The ref was consistent all game. He let the game flow and was letting them play like men. Ive watched that incident several times and I can't see a foul. I don't know why their player fell over but the ref was never giving that! Probably the best ref we have seen at Carrow Road for a while.

@Einstein definitely…he’s been looking good tho, so you’re not wrong there. He still misses some good opportunities and has heavy touches tho…so hopefully if he keeps playing and scoring his confidence will grow and we’ll get to see what he’s really made of.

No VAR at this level (or lower) but he used as much strength as the centre-backs that tried to muscle him off the ball. All fair game. One of them tried to be cute and get his body in-between Sargent and the ball to play for the foul but he didn't pull it off properly and Josh nipped around him instead. The lad looked more annoyed with himself for getting it wrong/failing to out-muscle his opponent when two on one than did any of them call for a foul. Gave their manager an easy excuse to blame the L on in post-match interviews though, like they were ever getting anything out of this game.

He can walk on water, heal the sick (certainly did that at Carrow Road) and change water into wine...
