Change the quality to HD with the cog at the bottom. Sometimes if you have a dip in your broadband or mobile signal UKposts gives UKposts gives you 480p until it does its next bandwidth check.

The "Quality" setting only changes the resolution. I never think that the frame rate is high enough for football matches.
