This is so much a Stealth Assassin playthrough, As taking the game and it's mechanics over your knee and spanking the living heck out of it until you get what you want.

Man, I always wander around forever like a lost soul, entranced by the graphics and details....then go all brute force for 5 minutes and complete the mission.

One cool detail I just noticed is at around the 10:15 mark, the music syncs up perfectly with the ticking of the giant clock.

Hitman is a fantasy: it is a puzzle game, not an actual stealth/assassination simulator. It relies on agent film logic of creating distractions via small explosions and wearing often goofy/stock disguises while infiltrating exotic, intriguing or sinister locations. 47 is essentially a James Bond-like figure: classy, cool, smart, working in the shadows (although with a considerable flair) and equipped with intricate high-tech gadgets. If they made it realistic, I suspect most of the people complaining about the series' unbelievability would be crying over how hard and difficult it was. The satisfaction attained from playing Hitman is derived from the cat-and-mouse-hide and-seek-dagger-in-the-dark-plan-and-execute-time-it-right- aspect, not the realism. If the game was realistic, each mission would have a new player character as each attempt at some crime boss' life would result in the death of the assassin. Even if not, there would be a lot more bombs, drive-by's and stabbings and gunning people down in elevators. I agree that there could be more challenge to some aspects of enemy/NPC AI and a more aggressive alert system. However, Hitman does not aim for realism. It aims to entertain and give players a feeling of accomplishment and discovery by presenting them with cool locations and numerous ways to achieve the goals. It would get old real quick.

This mission reminds me so much of the Palaside Property Bank in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (M12: The Heist). The architecture and the colors just give me flashbacks to it.
