It's great how you made your own press and always fun and handy creating your own tools. What I will say is just because you put a 32 Ton jack in it, does not mean that your design will handle the 32 tons. The U-Beam you put on the top will bend before you even get close. If you had extra U-Beam material, putting 2 together and upright to create an I-beam would have been much stronger and could take that force. Alternatively to strengthen your design, even boxing the middle of the top C-beam to help stabilize the beam flanges may help a little. If you only use it for little things then no need to change anything but assuming you spent extra money on a big jack like that, you needed something with some power.

I like that you brush painted it. Plenty of paint left for other projects and, no over spray on everything.

Верхушку выгнет сразу и подвижная часть перестанет перемещаться. В таком положении швеллер не держит нагрузку. Надо с двух сторон 2 швеллера боком ставить. Какие тут 32 тонны. 5 тонного домкрата за глаза чтобы развалить сию конструкцию

32 тонны для 140мм швеллера слишком много. при хорошей нагрузке они дугой прогнуться . нодо было чемто усилить

Пресс не плохой НО верхняя часть слабая, обезательно после 15 тонн порвёт всё нахер. У меня выгибало 2 100 швеллера вдоль на 30 тоннах, пришлось усилять в 100тые швеллеры вставить 8 швеллеры и стал полный порядок. А это один и поперёк, что сказать : СМЕРТНИК.
