I tried a foot long Turkey and Swiss with something something almost twenty years ago. I never actually tasted anything it was ridiculously thin slices of cheese and sparse Turkey and if you could see anything in the thing, that was all of it there was. The whole nothing burger was all show and fluff. Daylight would shine through a slice of cheese that thin, you could fill a teaspoon with all the turkey protein there was in that thing. And the guy selling it was going on about how great it was, how filling, how nourishing, etc etc. I wasn't overweight, didn't have a diet problem, and he's going on about portion control, calories, nutrition yada yada. It was my last $10, I felt like breaking his nose and smashing some of his teeth, hunger is one of the easiest ways to lose a temper and that overhyped footlong really pissed me off.

The only fine area is having a normal body fat level that is not considered fat or anorexic-type (a bit overweight or a bit underweight is nothing - it could just be the person having more muscles, bigger body build, a good metabolism or whatever that makes the small difference, the BMI isn't really that accurate, especially for bodybuilders), because being in the any of the two extremes is dangerous for your health and life.

***** Being underweight has immediate health effects and long term health effects, being overweight usually is only long term effects unless the person is morbidly obese. There's also no such thing as a "good" metabolism, it's just the amount of calories you need in a day to do basic functions throughout the day, some people eat like shit but no more than they need in a day and become skinnyfat instead of just fat.
