Its not that easy though , everybody have different bodies and equipment available. I think its very good that they dont post workout routine cause some of this exercises (specially with big weights) shouldnt be done without oversight of personal trainer

@@karinacatynia it is that easy, workout guides aren’t anything new and are very popular. he would just create one for home/no weight and the other can be gym/weighted. people can decide which one they are prepared to do, and if they cannot properly complete the weighted routines due to lack of understanding or training they can use the home guide with no weights.
