I’d imagine & 355’s name had been discovered she would be celebrated and recognized in our nation’s history more prominently. Not to mention, with her story being told other stories of female spies would have likely been shared also. Without question 355 is an American hero and certified badass seeing as her actions and intel directly contributed towards the success of the Revolution.

That's what if I was thinking, if you wanted it so they couldn't be known even to George Washington, plus in an era women were essentially property, it could be lady was simply that, a lady spy, just didn't matter exactly who it was. Just my thoughts that it was more than one, if not most/all were under that code name.🤷🤔
