Al Green is an amazing Singer I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet him in person at BAFB on Black History Month year 1981 it was Amazing to shake hands with him and get a autograph such a blessing.

Al knows he's a cool cat. The brotha is soulful,I love how he hit those notes on I'm gonna wait till the midnight hour and then laugh. Hahahaha,that was beautiful. The soulful great Mr.Al Green.

Oh my God, he barely sings 2 seconds of a classic song, and instantly trips off the light fantastic. Al Green is truly that "one in a million" voice for the ages. A living legend. Well done, Rev Green, sir. We really appreciate you.

I’ve been to Memphis a few times, too bad I didn’t know then he had a church there. When I was there I went to the hotel where Dr King was assassinated.
