Technically I'd say all gamemodes are best in some way. - Normal is challenging to play, but kinda good to play with set of custom gamemode modifiers (beyond this point is an ad, but since nobody paid me - no ad) - Molten is overall your main mode. There is no downside about it. It's easy and it has some reward. - Fallen is a mode for more experienced players, featuring way better rewards at the cost of difficulty increase. - Hardcore is technically the *best* mode, since it allows you to get special hardcore towers, WAY stronger than coin towers. - Pizza Party is a living money generator. You technically can get 1k coins in under 20 minutes. Feeling up for a challenge? Beat this mode with a preset loadout in "Lost Souls" modifier. - Badlands is overall main for those, wanting Cowboy. You can also achieve his skin by showing your gunslinging skills and completing "Quickdraw". - Ending up with Polluted Wastelands. This gamemode is just very unique and fun to play. All enemies are custom (except for warden who for some reason replaces templar EVERYWHERE, I mean what is even wrong with templar, below), it can give an overall challenge with the main con is requirement of golden/hardcore towers. Well... that should be all... right? ...right? Well... no. There are 3 more gamemodes that are worth mentioning. - Events are flawless. A challenge in a unique and limited form. I will speedrun all events now and why they are good: SFOTH 2019: Rewards an awesome event tower Gladiator, best for early-game Area 51: Awards a formerly-best event tower Commando, that shoots from 2 laser cannons and missile launchers. Halloween 2019: Awards a formerly-good event tower "Slasher" (formerly "Shredder"), in the past the best melee range dps. Christmas 2019: Awards a formerly-good support tower "Frost Blaster", a counterpart to a freezer that actually deels damage, also awards "Holiday Archer" (nowadays "Archer") from Gift of Sharpness, a good early-game tower. Easter 2020: 2 gamemodes. 1st awards accessory Tower of Eggs. 2nd is way harder, but awards a "Swarmer" tower, a tower that deals damage over time with bees. Halloween 2020: In the future, awards a support tower "Toxic Gunner", a tower that is capable of slowing down enemies. Frost Invasion: Awards "Sledger", a melee tower that is dealing huge damage and also freezing zombies. Also "Toxic Gunner" has been given out to whoever beat Lord Sinister. Solar Eclipse: Without a doubt the most unique event, coming out in 4 different levels, each having custom wave layoits and bosses. Awards "Executioner", a damage tower that throws an axe, dealing damage and bouncing to other enemies. Duck Hunt 2022: The other most unique event. Coming up with different style - instead of defending a base with path, enemies are now coming from everywhere, making it something like "Defend a Statue" style. Added "Engineer" tower, a new hardcore tower that attacks enemy with nailgun and comes with unique mechanic, whenever she deals damage - meter is filled, representing scrap. When scrap fills up - she builds a sentry. Pizza Party - I technically cannot call it an event, but it was added on halloween so let's count it as an event. Awards "Warden" tower, a hybrid between Gladiator (stun blocking) and Sledger (enemy stun). Christmas 2023: The presented "Defend the Tower" style, as we saw it in Duck Hunt event. Awards "Elf Camp" tower, by far one of the best event towers. It spawns in elfs that take down enemies in masses and can be upgraded and added with upgrades. Halloween 2023 had a very good battlepass and a night system that people really liked (except Night 3, it sucked), also awards op tower. It also gave away basically free limiteds, lots of (I personally have Jack-O-Bot Chestplate and Narrator's Tophat) Christmas 2024 was a really unique "Scenery-Change" type defense, awarded a really fun to use tower, introduced funni gifts. The Hunt First Edition awarded a free Warden skin and was a pretty nice addition to the already existing events, as it awarded UGC via Scout Egg quest and gave The Hunt badge that you could use to get The Hunt UGC That should be all events. There will be more in the future. - Golden mode was technically fun to beat due to enemy not being an elemental being, but just a... gold. And lastly... - Hidden Wave. god I miss it... It's not considered a gamemode, but it made game more... alive? You wanted to speedrun Fallen mode just to see this wave. You wanted to beat it. You tried your best and you tried to beat this. But below took it from us. And game just turned into an eternal grind... Whew. That should be all gamemodes for now. Note that there will be new gamemode in the future, I will include it here too once it gets added.

a good way of dealing with waves 10-30 in polluted is to get sledgers instead of accel as lvl 3 can probably perfectly time the freeze duration with its fire rate, making it prob the most OP stunning tower. having at least 2 max sledgers next to each other can easily deal with amalgamation even without any accelerators. doing lvl 3 farms only in polluted is also a good option since you will get plenty of cash from the enemies. you're probably not gonna see this but I might as well try and if you do, the that's cool I guess lol

Nice it isn’t very common we get to see a long propellars video and it’s really good no matter how much time you take to edit and get content since it’s all worth it for this being one of your best videos so far

A little tip for pizza party here, go for 5 level 1 farms and just wait it out for a freezing strikes sledger for scout, it’s consistent and stalls the scout for long enough that even the worse of the towers from your other teammates can defend against the scout

Fallen sword master I am pretty sure was to represent the “fallen” version of the sword master from the gladiator event. (Sword fight on the height event). That event was fun but also kinda annoying.

I think fallen is the best gamemode, not too hard but challenging for some players. And the designs are great, especially the updated zombies.

In my opinion I like hardcore the most for the reason of its unique and cool enemies such as Fallen Swordmaster and the combination of all 3 main modes it just makes it feels so nice to play.

in hardcore you dont really need a strat but you have to have good teammates with 2 DPS towers, i almost won hc stratless but we lost with around 300k health on the void on crossroads because i was having soldier, pyro, and ranger as my damage towers what i used my damage towers for: balloons: ranger n' soldier lead balloons: ranger lead: ranger and pyro hidden: soldier and pyro

If there's one thing that makes me enjoy every other TD game that isn't TDS, it's the player consistency: Out of TDS, matches either have 4 players at best, and 3 players at worst. But on TDS, it's an 80% chance of everyone leaving, 10% chance of 1 person staying with you, 7% chance of 2 players staying in, and 3% chance of everyone staying. This isn't accounting loadouts either... and when it comes to the RNG Bosses, that's where it gets annoying as hell! RNG can add to the challenge if it's implemented right, so let me give a compared example: Blitz's Arbiter at launch was pain to deal with, not for the boss itself, but the death summoner Couriers of which spawned high-health stunners which were fast. The boss itself was a literal coinflip; you either defeated him or he barraged your defences with teleporting stuns that healed him, the developers overhauled the difficulty to be a huge challenge but not be super unfair... unlike the wastelands! Simulator's Nuclear Monster is mainly challenging for its health and summons, though that's also what makes it such a slog to fight; even if your whole team has everything necessary to decimate the game-mode, the damned boss may decide to not only spam summons, but also spawn mainly Abominations and Slimes (of whom are the worst enemies to go up against when their spawn is slowly shifted closer to the base). Have the devs done anything to make the map less unfair? I dunno, but they could at least limit the spawns to 1. I'm stopping there before I go on another tangent with Reaver.

Personally i really like hardcore.While it might have ruined the game,the gamemode is very hard and i like a challenge and it has some unique enemies.And the theme is great.

I got on a server with some online friends (no call these people were Roblox friends) this was before they nerfed amalgamation ) and lost a couple times, but after preffecting our own strat we won and it was amazing. The independence made us feel like kings.

Fun fact the badlands event was an actual map but needed to be defeated in molten before the update to fallen then to an event with 3 lanes while the og had 2

Trappers are actually pretty good at pizza party when it comes to early defense and a way to stop those goshdang hordes of zombies and scout boss from passing, i would also recommend using this with dj and rangers so that you do atleast enough dps in order to defend more easier and focus on those dj and trappers aswell as your teams either having minis, accels, and mortars So that you don't suffer from teams having expensive characters

Personally, badlands 2 is my favorite gamemode. I find it quite fun to hop in matchmaking with randoms and watching the chaos known as lvl 42 tds players unfold (this is from a lvl 345, so some funky matchmaking anyways)

They really need to make hardcore easier, you need 2,500 gems to get accelerator and you only get 300 for beating the boss. I understand that it has to be hard but it’s actually impossible if you don’t already have the most op towers in the game

I think badlands is harder than polluted. Polluted game early game is easy, you can just get a jester or two cowboys and you just melt everything, ace and pyro for the boss and minis for amalgamation, if you can kill the amalgamation on 22 it’s pretty much smooth sailing. With badlands however the map is significantly shorter with triple the enemies. Since pretty much all your defenses will be in the middle(unless QuickDraw) you will have very little time to kill the Cavalry. The early game to mid game is stress inducing with breakers almost ending you run in a normal run. Husks are scary when first encountered. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk

They are like hella expensive making it unsuitable for early defense since the HD upgrade is now 2k instead of 650. I just need a tips to what do i do with this tower.

For wave 22 on populated you can get 2 level 4 access as well instead of a maxed one

I remember like 4 days ago or something I wanted to complete the 3 gamemodes that u need to be lvl 25 to enter I started with Polluted wastelands.. idk why but I completed it on first try it my teammates were good theyre early defense was Cowboy they said I wasn't allowed to farm until wave 4 idk why but overall they instructed me what to do Bc i had never really beaten that mode before I tried it before like 1 month or something before I beat it but we won it was fun and we chatted while we were playing and defending but we won and now I'm trying to beat Badlands II but I can't beat alot of attempts I've gotten to 37 a few time I think or just once I don't remember but we were so close but still lost but I'm still trying to beat it and after Badlands II I'm gonna do Pizza Party the Easiest one u may say but I've tried pizza party so many times. But still lost before like 1motn ago or something I don't remember but the reason i always lost on Pizza Party before was because the most common mistake we made was no units that attacked the Balloon Boys and now I'm prepared for Pizza Party I just have to beat Badlands II but anyways this was an amazing video Propellars I loved it and I just seen this now after 1 month after u posted it but anyways keep up the good work Propellars!😃👍

I wanna say that it took me about 20 attempts to complete badlands II (I know I suck) but easily first try completedpolluted wastelands and I dont think its harder because the path is way longer.

i duo'd polluted wastelands with warden commander dj ranger farm, my friend and his alt had golden scout, engineer, ranger, medic, accelerator, farm, and some other random towers, first try

(Polluted Wastelands) The engineer is not so necessary, I did it with 2 people with accels and 2 with turrets

Hey prop, you can solo molten by using militant or golden soldier with accelerator and supports. For early defense, use militant or golden soldier get two militant or g soldier maxed, then continue spamming accelerators after farming a lot, then continue spamming the early defense towers with three commanders. Loadout : Accelerator, Militant / Golden Soldier, DJ, Commander, Farm Anyways, I love your editing skillz and content
