My name is Tomek.
I share my journey by making videos about self-improvement, languages like Japanese, health, and other amazing things I've learned recently.

I used to be the youngest, smallest, shortest, and weakest kid throughout most of my life. I had ADHD and I could only get attention by acting like a clown.
Now I'm 7' 8" Gigachad Sigma Rizzlord, I speak 73 languages fluently and I make gazillion dollars a month.
Nah, just kidding, but I did greatly develop myself building an amazing physique, improving my looks, relationships, confidence, game, and language skills.
I fixed my mental health, quit bad habits and I'm more disciplined than ever before.
This is the start of something great and I'm so grateful you're here with me.
