I remember in my 20s my older sister went through a Divorce and moved back in with My Mom and me and we helped her heal from her heart break and help her raise her Son who is now a Navy Man living in Calli with his wife and 3 kids ….. God is always in the plan❤

I’m 44 tomorrow going through a divorce two kids sold my house and have now moved back home. I held on due to societal stigma but when I chose self love and two people I’m responsible for, I’m grateful for my support. I became married at 30.

Honestly you have to do what you have to do, for yourself. It’s a blessing to have a village or support to fall on. There are challenges you can handle alone, and there will be times when you need help. Regardless of age. No shame in that at all.

This young lady is so elegant and looks beautiful. I am so glad she healed and used wisdom to excel and truly LIVE! I understand her story. I divorced a narc and to start over is an understatement. Your whole life was a lie. I started over on an air matress in my parents study with 3 kids in their basement for close to 2 years before God started helping me rebuild. We are thriving now. I can truly say GOD IS GOOD!

Yes, it is hard. I will be 60 this year. After almost 30 years married, I am trying to discover who I am after it ended. I decided to return to school and complete a degree that I started over 40 years ago. And I am determined to keep making plans to enjoy my retirement years, just as we were planning to do together. I pray you too will find your way.

If my mom lived closer I would live with her. She has a 5br and it’s just her. I’m 36 and have been out of the house since I was 18. I would help to pay off the house that way we wouldn’t have to use her funds after her passing to pay it off

My advice: Redefine yourself. Get into therapy. Find yourself. Surround yourself with positive people who will uplift you. Tell yourself: YOU ARE enough. Set goals. Do daily self care for yourself (take a walk, read a book, see a movie, meet up with a friend, get your hair and nails done, ride a bike). Stay positive/optimistic.

I was married for 34 years. Divorced in June 2023. Had a successful career. Resetting and starting over isn't impossible. It's challenging. I am stronger and in a better place. My advice: Get therapy. Rediscover yourself. Get to know yourself again. Redefine who you are, set goals. Overcome your fears. Find yourself. Stay optimistic. Surround yourself with positive people who will uplift you.

I never had a true home, moved about 9 times since 21, moved in with an ex and got out of an abusive relationship, to moving in with my mom 3 times in my 20s, lost a job two years ago and moved in with my mom till I finally got my own place, a job and finally have stability. this is before 30. we all go through rock bottoms and no shade to comparing struggle to another struggle story. just spreading some light to others who been there all before 30 😅
