Don’t know why people are defending him, he preyed on small business owners with a get rich quick scheme and used unregulated channels to get funding, I don’t think it’s right to take peoples money on a high risk idea unless they know the exact risk/reward which it seems they didn’t.He fled his own country which says a lot.

Tesla copied BYD. And got seed money from U.S. Government. And has operated at a lost every year, if it was merely about producing cars and selling them. Only reason for any profit is Branding that relates to shares and Carbon Credits. Without milking the U.S. Government, Tesla would also have been out of business long ago.

It doesn't matter how many vehicles he is sold he has still not made any money on them. 550000 is nothing compared to the Earth to the 68 million vehicles in the United States. I agree but he had a vision. It's just that he wanted to make a huge success out of everything instead of focusing on a selected few and making baby steps one at a time. If I were him I'd have prioritized on the car and the steaming service. The car would open up his chance to using new devices together which would eventually link up with his streaming service.

@@haziqsembilanlima Thats not quite true, if your company wants to have a competitive edge in the industry them you'll need to have different thinking and objective compared to others (reason why Tesla is successful). They both operated and competed in the same market until around the the late 90s and 2000s. Both companies then found their own unique markets and dominated them.
