In this video I demonstrate how to cook the best sweet pepper rice. This rice is an excellent side for chilli and stir fry dishes. It is also my go to rice for BBQ.
It is important to use a pan with a heavy tight-fitting lid.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil.
1 measure of diced onion.
1 measure of diced sweet capsicum peppers.recipe
1 measure of frozen mixed vegetables.
1 beef or chicken stock cube.
1 measure of long grain rice.
1.5 measures of water.
2 tsp sweet paprika powder.
1 tsp tomato puree/paste.
Salt to taste.
