Could you do chapters in future? It would really help people who are looking for those last pieces (after m0, treasures etc.).

I love how there’s a mixture of pathways to gain gear, along with being more alt friendly, I can see myself playing more consistently and having multiple characters available for other content depending on what groups need. In the past two expansions, I’ve only been able to maintain one character because of limited free time to devote to it. In BFA I could maintain 2 characters, and have a 3rd half ready, but that was playing 5 hours almost every day. With these methods it seems realistic for me to be about to farm materials between group content and still make meaningful progress.

I don't know anyone so I normally end up solo or in a pug and most of those are shite. I did Black flight world quests last night and I got a weapon, but that was it, although I was able to get some materials so I need to check on the crafted gear. It was not fast or easy for me. Taking down the elites takes me a couple min each by myself and most of the premades rejected me I'm guessig because of my ilevel. But I'll trudge along as I always have and be happy that I did it by myself. It teaches me a lot and how to survive where others use to groups may not so there is that. Good luck to everyone!

Killing rare elites is also a very strong option. Starting at 370 i killed some rare elites and got 379 epics from some of them.

I had the WQ at Cobalt Assembly you highlighted go up to 372. I'm 364 currently, not sure when it changed. But it was definitely 363 before doing a M0 world tour, and 372 after.

I'm almost maxed out on jewel crafting, looking to start doing crafting orders, but that order system is a ghost town at the moment. I hope there are more orders in the future, because I was really looking forward to doing that.

is it possible to max out renown levels with major factions to get 389 ilvl gear and "primal infusion" before raid release? (primal infusion allows you to create 405 ilvl gear)

hey! what health bar addon are you using? is it a plater profile or sth?

One missed thing: Wrathion/sa Elian can give a 376 piece for quests (area also gives tons of primal chaos)

Just glad I don't have to do professions, my stance on them has always been "I don't get paid enough in my real life job to come home and work a 2nd one." Plus the crafting things look like a major headache. I'll stick to my M+

I dont know if this is any help to anyone, but dinging 70 in Azure, then going for all the quests in Theldrazus or what its name gave me quest rewards up to like 350, espeically the chromie quest lines. Doing some dungeons and HC on the side of course, but the quest gear does scale pretty well

Ohh so. If I have spark of innovation and prosperity chaos. I.csm use them to have someone make me gear ? Because I got mining and herb. So I don't craft anything

I got a 372 polearm on my warlock from the siege weekly. Not class specific also not account bound so yeah the item I got was useless feelsbad

Im just gonna level up a bunch of characters. Im an altoholic and wow is a fairly easy game so i need the variety to keep me interested. Feels like, just rushing all you can to max level and best items will leave you standing with a character maxed out and no more content to do very quickly.

You missed 1. If you go to the primalist future using the port near chromie and do the event in the top left corner of map that awards you a 376 ilvl item.

One suggestion: timestamp each of the vendors for a good reference. I saved the video to help me remember what to do but where in the video it is becomes a bit troublesome

Just a note, particularly tanks/healers who don't really want to level in their off spec. You can complete the campaign skipping almost all side quests at high lvl 67, low lvl 68. If you have completed the campaign, normal dungeons will drop level 70 loot, regardless of level. I queued dungeons to level 68-70 on my druid and b/w dungeons and crafting I had 8 pieces of 346 in bag dinging 70.

Not sure why he completely omitted BGs. I queued for heroic bgs from 60 to 70 while questing and I was maxed out 15thousand honor I bought a full set of gear and weapons and leveled some of them up to tier 5 also and that’s for horde. Ally should take half the epic bg queues

Note: I just opened the the weelky Valdrakken chest, have M0 gear (372) and the 389 Cobalt Rep ring, and dropped a 369 piece, so maybe that's the cap.

Dungeon drops are very anemic. Did 10 heroics got two gear pieces and primal chaos. No matrices at all. Quite frustrating

Save up 15k honor while you’re leveling and boom when you hit 70 you’ve got a full set of gear. 340 for pve and 410 for pvp. Obviously just a starter set for pve but it’s a good way to start

"You get your first spark" Yeah I didn't because of the profession bug that prevents you from interacting or combining items hit me, and I ended up not getting a spark. But basically if you have any profession quest, it prevents you from combining Keys and prevents you from interacting with specific quest mechanics from other quests. So when I was trying to do the, remove and re accept the quest, it removed the item, and came up with a quest completion not giving me the item. Was Great. What did the GM's do? "Were too busy to help you, please review these articles as we may be aware of the issue of a quest, Thanks!" Articles wont restore a ONCE A WEEK item. Thanks Blizz. Only + side is I only need 2, raid isn't until week 2, so ill still be ok, but being behind +1 item when I could do a work order is alittle annoying but not the end of the world.

“Little time investment”. Also “little gold”. I have no idea what you are talking about the Mats for the Epic crafted gear are INSANE. Would require TONS of grinding. I also checked AH prices and calculating the costs for some items is going above the 500MIL gold in costs. Absolutly insane.

You didn't mention that the honor gear goes up to 411 in pvp (it's says bgs and arenas but it's also world pvp)

Uhm… just saying… i am am Engineer, and i need 50 Primal Chaos for my 382 craft. Primal Chaos is SOULBOUND as well, so you can not buy them. This is a pretty tough soft cap for how fast you can gear up via Profession. And some of the sources are already gated behind an iLvl requirement…

I had crafted 343 gear in my bags and wasn't able to wear it because I wasn't level 70 yet. :(

Do not waste time with crafted 343. Just run dungeons to get 372. Took me two evenings to fully gear a character

i've been playing since Cata and I'd been looking forward to dragonflight more than any other expansion, but I might be quitting tomorrow R.I.P. They won't let me get the 1 year subscription pack ( with the mounts) with all the money I put into the battlenet account specifically to buy the 1 year with. Guess I'm gonna be level 69 forever

Currently mythic 0 groups are rejecting you if you are less than 370. So you have mostly people looking for Carrie’s apparently. Better to just make your own group. I cleared a Hall of Infusion last night with a group of first timer/350 ilvl players and we cleared it with just 2 wipes. One of them was on the frogs too, as HoI is the most obnoxious dungeon out right now. So just make your own group and you will be fine

No thanks, I’m gonna just enjoy the expansion at a reasonable, intended pace! We blame blizzard for lacking design but forget most players treat the game as a checklist, rather than a video game! Stop min/maxing if you’re not having fun!
