it's the clean UI by greatcheesecakepersona on tumblr! I think there's also black, green, or pink versions if you like those better😊

@@shesholdingcornI might make a short about it eventually 😊 but it's pretty easy if you have photoshop (I hear canva premium also does the job pretty well with the background removal)
