How to Hit a BIG SNAP DOWN In Wrestling/BJJ (I learned this from a WORLD CHAMP)

Once again, my Over Tie game is pretty much inspired by Kyle Snyder (World/Olympic Champion).
With the exception of a few takedowns from this position, they all come from watching Kyle wrestle.
Today I'll show you guys how to use that over tie to create a simple, yet powerful snap down.
Once you've mastered this snap down it's pretty easy to replicate in competition and even use as a great set up for various different takedowns besides the go behind.
If you do Wrestling or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this technique is a must have.

Don't you risk single leg on your lead leg by pulling like this?

Sure, you don't want to sit in the top position for long, it exposes your lead leg. If they try to duck under and get a single leg on you while you snap them down, I think your snap down has a good chance of succeeding because you're pushing in the same direction. What do you think?

thats why he kicks his lead leg back while he snaps- so he doesnt feed tthem to his leg

You could use that lead leg as bait so when they move on the single your snapdown would work real well, also even if the snap fails at least you still have a frame up
