I just wanted to say that over the past two years of using zoom to keep in touch with my large family, just remember to swipe the screen in order to see everyone. You can also upload pictures to use as a background screen if you forget to tidy up the house! Love it! Thanks for sharing.

Amigo, you knocked it out of the park when you supplied the test site address! I mean sure, you were clear/concise and spoke in an easy to listen to voice. Thank you for a clear, concise presentation. I looked at several other "presentations" before finding yours--and was totally confused by them within 10 seconds. Since I am very much a visual learner, the fact that you added captions showing the url links helped a LOT. All I had to do was hit pause, jot them down, and then resume. I have yet to try all of what you talked about, but at least I now feel confident enough to be fairly sure I won't cause my computer to explode! ;-)

I watched all the so-called "professional" tech channels, that's not to say that you are not professional, and, you broke this down much, much, better, and understandably than all the others I've watched. I'm very new to ZOOM and although I've joined one or two meetings in the past with questionable success, I really needed to understand exactly how the process worked in order to avoid holding everyone up while I try to "press the right buttons". You made it so simple and straightforward. You even included the "test link" which none of the others did. Now instead of being super nervous, I'm actually looking forward to the meeting. Thank you. I need to know what Zoom looks like on those and where the control buttons are that allow them to carry out different actions. Trying to sort that out during a meeting is a hassle. Is there a way to provide one video that shows the Zoom screen controls of a participant using Zoom on a)a Mac, b) a PC, c) an iphone, d) an android, e) an ipad, f) a tablet? I know that's a lot and this is isn't possible, I'll go to videos for those devices to try to understand. At least for now, where on a participants Zoom screen on a Mac computer is the control for changing from Speaker to Gallery view? Thanks.

This was exactly what I needed. My dad died two days ago and this whole thing is now a big production, including a zoom meeting with "the family" and the officiant. smh. Thank you! The only time I've used zoom before was with my doctor, and that was the pro version, which is very different, it's mostly done on their end, they just call you on the phone, you answer and there you go, your on. Better make sure your teeth are brush and house looks decent. LOL. Thanks a lot. The meeting is in 3 hours, so I think I've got time to learn this.

I think it would be helpful to explain about the various viewing options (squares, list of participants). I'm sending this to some people who have never used Zoom, in preparation for a meeting of about 30 people next week. They won't know how to see the people they want to see.... But other than that, I think your explanations were clear and it's a good vehicle for people to use to learn. Thanks!!!
