This is ridiculously impressive. Figure skating in general is a beautiful yet intricate art. Doing a move like this that essentially makes you as unbalanced as possible while drifting haphazardly across a slippery surface seems to me impossible. Great job!

I can do 1 and 2, but I feel I need to sharpen my skates for the edge to be held whilst leaning back! Good video, I'm going to keep trying.

I'm trying to learn the cantilever but I'm stuck at the last step 😕 I can do it off ice (and I lean pretty far back too) but not with my feet in a straight line. If I focus on keeping my feet in a line, then my inner thigh muscles are not strong enough to support my weight 😅 so I guess I just have to build muscle!
