HOW TO MAKE A BASIC CURLY DECO MESH WREATH - FULL TUTORIAL
Hello everyone,
I had such success with posting my tutorial on how to make a base burlap wreath two different ways and I had some requests on how I make my curly deco mesh wreaths...thus, here is a full tutorial on how I make them.
Materials needed:
14" wire wreath frame (the one shown here was purchased at the Dollar Tree)
6 rolls of deco mesh - any colour/colour combination of your choice.
Chenille stems (pipe cleaners)
Scissors
Ruler/Cutting mat
