Мой троюродный брат инженер. Он предлагает открыть цех прям в квартире по сборке сварочных аппаратов и станок поставить по изготовлению пружин.идея так себе, но с инженером не поспоришь. 👍

Когда я рос в советском союзе такими "доводчиками" были оборудованы 90% дверей. Еще проще конструкция, два крепежа и пружина на растяг. Ни сварки, ни шурика не надо было.

People that do have welders are the type of people this is for. You could put this in an outhouse you built, a clubhouse, deer blind, shooting shack, ice shanty etc. Looks like it would work better than the gas strut types they sell in stores for those applications too.

Да, если бы без нагрева выпрямил концы пружин, просверлил бы отверстия и вставив концы сжал бы пружину перед тем как прикрутить к двери, был бы годный захлапыватель двери, но ещё пружину надо помощнее, так как эта по мне быстро ослабнет, да и резьба здесь лишняя.

Там дверь что он показал максимум открывается потому что полностью ее открыть его преспособа мигает

A welder in rural America isn't that uncommon. I grew up with access to 2 tig machines, a gas stick welder, and a mig.

If you look at one, you'll understand what we're talking about. If you think it won't open then you just don't understand what you're talking about.
