Nice! ...Suggestions for future updates: 1. Make a different handle that accepts the LiPo battery inside. It's a shame to have such a portable vacuum cleaner dragging a cord; and 2. Try a closer-fit tolerance between the fan blades and the casing. This should significantly increase the performance.

Nice work! Here's a little trick for you to use the next time you cut a motor mount out of electrical wiring duct cover. Rather than using an angle grinder, use a utility knife making multiple passes to make those cuts. Do it over some wood so you can cut through on the last couple of passes. The end result is there's no dust or smoke created by the angle grinder, and your cuts are more accurate and require less deburring.
