Friends, hello everyone! Today we will prepare Gourmet glaze based on milk chocolate, it is suitable for decorating various pastries. And I will also show you how to make perfect smudges on the cake from chocolate icing.
Glaze proportions 1 to 10. For example:
*50 gr. chocolate and 5 gr. vegetable oil (this proportion is enough for smudges and full chocolate coverage of the surface of the D16 cake, see, as in the video)
*100 gr. chocolate and 10 gr. vegetable oil
P.S. Use unscented vegetable oil!
