Felicitaciones excelente tutorial. Todas las obras (sin excepción) durante su proceso de ejecución sufren daños. En las construcciones el metal y Vidrio son componentes principales, por sus excelentes prestaciones y características. Sin embargo, aunque el vidrio es un material muy resistente se daña con facilidad y esto se convierte en un gran problema. Durante el proceso de obra interviene personal de varias especialidades como: vidrieros, albañiles, tablaroqueros, pasteros, pintores, soldadores, etc. Los residuos del trabajo de estas especialidades terminan impregnado en los vidrios y al quitarlos suelen usar espátulas o navajas qué causan dañospa en los vidrios. Hasta hace muy poco la única solución (y muy cara) era cambiar los vidrios o rogar porque el cliente no se fijará y firmará de recibido. Pero esta no es una bueno, porque una vez que el cliente observa unos cuantos daños, se fija a detalle en todo. idk where you would be aloud to build a foundation like this in real life. wouldnt even last 1 year in canada without falling apart. i know some places lets you pour right into the ground but where i am it has to be formed ontop of an excavated site on virgin soil to allow for drainage under the footing. and rebar is an absolute must. im sure it would be aloud somewhere with not alot of ground movement of frost but still.

in my edon, i will build house like this for my children

Here in utah. Footings requires 2 continuous rebar 16inches of over lap. 12inches deep. By 24inches wide. With Engineered bag mix inspection before pouring with city stamp approval on blueprints. With uprights every 16inches apart. 3feet high. #4 rebar. For foundation inspection on rebar . So best know your codes. In your area. Or the city will make you jackhammer it out and start over. No joke..happy building. Otherwise quality building videos. 👷‍♂️
