I've seen an updater on Microsoft's website, which I don't need 2 download. It update's Windows much faster. Which doesn't open web browser's everytime I turn on the PC.

The actual question is how to downgrade to Windows 7 since Microsoft is trying by all means to stick the people into his form of programmed obsolescence. In my experience for example, Intel ditched all their motherboard drivers from their website, so it makes harder to find support other than that you can get automatically by using Win10. Another of their tactics is inducing FUD like fallacious news articles that motivates people to upgrade. Hopefully Google extended support to their Chrome browser until 2022 which is the app we all use 90% of the time. In the case I'm definitely forced to upgrade, I would prefer move completely to Linux Debian and run Windows apps using Virtualbox or any virtualization technology.

It's an option to try when the updates have failed or get stuck on a percentage like 48% or even 99% then you have to try manually.

you may restart you're computer then go to safe mode then proceed to find the windows restore. then find the last date when it will work fine before the update made.. then it will restart automatically until the restoration is done.
