The root of having a home lab for me is to further my career. Automation is the career mover these days, not just the underlining server applications. It also reduces human error.

i think the python idea would be such a great idea and it not being a main focus on the channel; do you think it would be worth doing as a series of shorts?

I am starting to learn code, but my PC is very old. I picked up a renewed mini pc (hp elitedesk 800 g3) just in case it goes. I was planning on using this to be some kind of dev/test env, and to give me an focus to practice coding (setting up kestra to auto clone Git, run something so I can see my code ?docker?). It came with Win10 Pro, but am unsure if to keep as it licenced, and to just install linux for windows / docker desktop for testcontainers / or k3D/microkube. Or would it be best to wipe and put Debian or even Proxmox on?
