so glad that you shared this. I was looking for shower pans and I just don't have that kind of money so this will help me a lot
@sunchaservlogsРік тому
Yeah it has worked well so far, check out our video of building our own shower pan too!

Ooo! Looks great! Been planning to do faux concrete shower in my build. What did you use to tint it? Love this color and may do concrete countertops too if I can get mine nice and light like yours!

You could apply the stucco to the walls a lot easier, faster, and with less or no sanding required using a hawk, trowel, and sponge. Just a tip for the future

That bus is gonna be a - H - E - A - V - Y- - B - O - I -
@sunchaservlogs2 роки тому
It’s a fiber glass concrete mix so it’s not as heavy as you may think
@TrevorBoughtABus2 роки тому
@@sunchaservlogs Oh, I just meant in conjunction with all that drywall, thick plywood and whatnot. As long as you end up pretty close to the factory GVWR you should be in the clear. 👌 Great work so far!

How do you think our shower turned out!?
@ashleycain5691Рік тому
Hi! I’m looking into doing this in my home. Do you have a list of everything you used?
@riverwild45237 місяців тому
What type of cement alternative did you use?
@td8383Рік тому
Im so impressed. Been thinking about doing something similar and I dont see good examples like yours often. How has it held up to driving? Any big cracks? Thank you
@td8383Рік тому
Also how much concrete did you use? I'm trying to estimate the weight and extrapolate to my application. Thanks!
@sunchaservlogsРік тому
Thanks so much!! I think we used just over 1 bag of concrete. So 1 might even be enough. And no it’s held up great so far!!
@giovannisosa161Рік тому
Nice lots of work but looks good
@sunchaservlogsРік тому
Definitely lots of work, we love how it turned out tho!!
@josuedomires8973Рік тому
How did the water resistant coat do? Did you guys have any water damage that went through it?
@sunchaservlogsРік тому
Nope! None at all, it’s held up great, we’ve found that some different types of water can stain it tho, water with high chlorine gave it a pink color in spots

Hi, what did you guys use around the window? is that drywall tape? thanks
@EmilysInLA2 місяці тому
I meant that shelf lol. Also the corners. Is that drywall tape? thanks so much!
@sunchaservlogsМісяць тому
Yesss!! I believe it was like a drywall corner tape. It had metal inside of it that made for an easy way to create that angle :)

The heavier you make you make bus the sh*tt*er are your gas miles is going be. 😔😥
@sunchaservlogs2 роки тому
Very true! This shouldn’t be too heavy
@Quiet_Cool2 роки тому
@@sunchaservlogs Good luck to you both.

You'll have a very though time changing the MPG's on these stout diesel engines for the worse, and also for the better. The weight shouldn't bother it much. The roof raise maybe a little.
