The gap isn't even close. Bruins have 2 all-star calibre goalies, Toronto goaltending is barely above AHL calibre.
@user-ku2bf1ul1d13 днів тому
That's funny because Sammy outplayed Andrei Vasilevskiy last year and at least Sammy has won a round in the playoffs......Swayman and Ullmark have yet to win a round in the playoffs as a combo.....Facts....

Sammy looks like he is starting another “stress period” and likely Sammy needs another month off - based on his two difficult last games. Sammy is good when he is well - but awful when he is in one of his “stress periods”. Rest Sammy and try to get him ready maybe for game 3 of round two.

Boston should rotate goalies. If they don't, they lose, which as a Leafs fan, I hope they do. So yeah pick a starter and stick with him no matter what! Don't change!
@hockeymike1503513 днів тому
Yeah, unfortunately for the leafs, Sammy is too inconsistent. He lets in back breaking goals time and time again.

This playoff series could prove the Leafs peaked last year and are now regressing.
@user-ku2bf1ul1d13 днів тому
Or it could mean the same for the Bruins.....Last time I checked, Ullman and Swayman have yet to win 1 round in the playoffs......

@@user-ku2bf1ul1d bruins peaked uhhh why would a 1st round lost be its peak when it went farther 3 years ago ... and 5 years ago to the finals ..this is a bridge year for boston .. next year were not going have 5 mill in dead weight 2 bad dman making over 6 mill a inconsistent winger making over 4mill plus the cap is raising by like 4 mill thats like 20 million we can utilize in a better manner boston can bring in 2 impact players with the money they have easily and fill out their roster with quality depth were going be able to use that money for better players maybe learn the teams situation before saying nonsense

Defense wins in the playoffs . Bruins do not give up as many goals as the leafs. Leafs over their past 5 games have been giving up 5 goals per game. Boston should win the series
@meddlehedd119411 днів тому
marty is wrong. rotate them don't change a thing. if one gets hurt then you're ready bot like last year. there isn't a hair's breadth between then anyway. Show your opponent and your players youre confident you can win with either one.
@danb23913 днів тому
It is a massive gap and it is going to cost the Leafs for continuing to spend most of their cap on forwards and ignore their weak goaltending

@arthurau923113 днів тому
Why even play the games then since the Bruins are going to win the series anyways? Leafs should do the smart thing and forfeit the series to the Bruins by refusing to play the games at all. Why even play the games if the Leafs are going to lose anyways?
