Hey Ian! In regard to your “Hog Rider of the day” question, I don’t think it’s a bad idea, but there is a couple things you might wanna think about. I used to do something very similar on an old social media account of mine and one of the pit falls I ended up running into was that daily “words of wisdom” after a month or two can start to dry up. Don’t get me wrong, you’re clearly a smart, hardworking guy who has wisdom to share, but there comes a point when you share that wisdom on a daily basis where it gets harder to come up with stuff. It becomes much less about sharing a wise word and more so about content creation because there is a daily expectation. If you personally believe you have enough daily things to share for the long-term foreseeable future, go for it! I’d just warn you that it can feel very discouraging when you feel like you have to start to force wisdom/positivity for the sake of commitment. Building off that, I’ll leave you with three solutions that might work for you! 1. Keep Hog Rider of the day, but don’t feel like you have to put it in every video you upload. Sprinkle in Hog Rider’s of the day every so often when you’re feeling encouraged or moved to speak up about something. This might make HROTD feel more genuine and allow it to be something you’re presently passionate about. This could be a couple times a week, once a week, twice a month, etc. 2. Consider posting the HROTD in your UKposts post section (the section where you can upload something similar to a tweet, I’m not sure what it’s called on UKposts) As long as it doesn’t mess up anything with your algorithm or page aesthetic, this would allow you to really put your thoughts on paper and write it out rather than speaking during a Clash Royal match. You might have a smaller audience for them, but they’d be much more committed! 3. Lastly, consider posting the HROTD in the comments and pinning it, or on some other social media account of yours like an Instagram. This would allow it to be included, but it’s in a very specific spot for the people who’d like to read them. It also allows you to write out your thoughts which can be more fruitful at times (at least for myself) Those were just some thoughts. This comment is way longer than I expected it to be!
