I’m in the navy and looking at the military stuff you got in the unit, the unit belonged to a Naval Chief. Minimum of about 11 years in the military if they’re amazing at their job, usually about 15 average for chiefs though. Could’ve been a senior chief or master chief as well. That was a chiefs hat and naval type 3 uniform pants. The ring is a chiefs ring you may buy upon making rank as chief. The foreign currency and foreign military items must have been bought as collectibles in other countries as this person was over seas during their deployments. The uss nimitz belt buckle can be purchased when you’re on the ship, it’s also the same carrier I am attached to. In the last bag I seen shoes that chiefs and officers wear in their NSUs (naval service uniforms). I strongly believe this was a military passionate naval chiefs storage.
