If you don’t they will start acting green and like a wild horse. 3: Give them LOTS of love and care for them properly. 4: Board them at a stable. Do not keep a horse in your backyard, it needs to stay at a stable. Good luck!

As an equestrian i see that your girlfriend has some experience riding a horse but never took care of one and neither have you. This is not mature i would suggest getting some more lessons in of riding at a stable before even thinking of buying a horse ive been riding since i was 6 but only last year i got my very own horse.
