I did the math for if the US could build the gold cow, so I’m going to do that again here. The cow took what I’m estimating to be 588 gold blocks. As he said at the very end, this was incredibly more. I’m just going to quadruple the cow instead of trying to count every block used, for my sake. That’s 2,352 blocks. but we’re not even close to done. Given the average height of a grown male is about 6 feet tall, and Tadpole is two blocks tall, then each block is three cubic feet, and already we are getting super expensive, considering gold is sold by the ounce, and just one block would weigh in at about 3,611.2 Lbs. That comes out to a total of 8,493,542.4 Pounds. So, now, we can just convert those pounds into ounces, multiply by the price of gold, and we’re done, right? Well, no. You see, gold and other precious metals operate on an entirely different system of measurement called the Troy system, witch is entirely different from both Imperial and metric system. So, to spare you the immense amount of pain, as well as the immense amount of math, we are left with 123,864,160 Troy ounces of gold. Now, one Troy ounce of 24karat gold would be about $ 1,896.83 USD at the time of writing this. The grand total, drumroll please… $234,949,254,612.80! Even without looking at how much gold the US already owns in places like Fort Knox, or even figuring out how much gold there is on earth, I think it’s comfortable to say it is not possible.
