@StraightFoward100 I think Lego has always had that policy but around the time of vietnam is when they really solidified the no machines or weapons of war from modern times. Then they fudged it for star wars and Indiana Jones but still keep the general policy.

@@HTC_Producoes the set is 21310 "old fishing store" and the illegal technique is the roof not being connected, and is just a 2 plates on hinge sitting on top of the building (sorry if i used incorrect terminology, i dont know much about lego)

My dad went to Iraq twice and Afghanistan once and in Afghanistan he was in a tank and it ran over a land mine. He survived and earned a Purple Heart. It’s a kind of award in the military.

Tip: usually military bases have air raid sirens, so here is a simple, 5 piece "Carter" raid siren: The motor base will be a 1x1 brick with 2 studs on either side On those side-studs, the rotors (2 2x2 rounded plates and 2 2x2 round tiles (Carter ARS for example: ukposts.info/have/v-deo/e3iAYa-AZGZ7x40.html )
