I saw a video of a "relaxation room" like this months ago and haven't forgotten about it. I've been looking at homes on zillow for fun recently and realized that a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all non-negotiables in a home I own in the future. For anyone wanting to know how ice baths cause happiness.. its the change in temperature when your body goes from homeostasis to extreme cold you're to distracted to have a panic attach and hormones and nurotransmitters are released that try to get your body back to homeostasis. Also if your looking to sleep better turn on the ac take a really hot bath then turn it to freezing at the last moment going from hot to cold will release melatonin and naturally make you sleeping I learned all of this durring a stay at a mental hospital and now showers and temperature regulation are coming techniques I use all the time ❤❤

My old chest freezer had a temp setting down on the outside near the compressor so that would stop it freezing solid lover the idea a sound machine for sleeping with thunder storms could help along with a fan for wind

Yo put a tv in there and a shelf for the remote and decorations, if you saw this pleas do that it would look so cool. Also make sure the tv is in the wall, and make it to where you could add hot water if you just wanna chill in a nice and relaxing way.

Literally ordered a 100$ inflatable bath tub and have a ice machine in my freezer and it works like a charm. Gotta constantly refill it
