Just want to help with tips to lose weight! 1. Eat full healthy meals and eat a lot of protein! Salad isn’t always the best option. 2. Don’t sit around a lot, get your excessive in! You don’t need to do a full cardio workout, but you can take jogs or walks! 3. A treat once a while is perfectly fine! Just don’t eat too many snacks everyday, try limiting it to 1-3 snacks. 4. Don’t go too overboard on calories on cheat days! Watch how much you’re eating, or else you might gain all the weight you lost! Please don’t get angry if you disagree, you can simply and calmly tell me 💗
