To help your iron farm, iron golems spawn more when there are villagers around so maybe try to get some villagers in there

Build an iron golem statue next to your iron farm maybe make it hollow and make it a home for iron golem actually two ideas make a home for iron golems or make a statue to represent you like iron golems

also you need to find a swamp biome because ive watched many people build slime farms. slimes only spawn at nighttime in the swamp biome so it will be way easier than finding a slime chunk in a cave. Didn't you know that?

When 1.19 comes out I think you should do your videos as every other world, meaning one post u do this world and the next you do the 1.19 new world that you could start!! Also great build!!! Also if you put any color carpet (the thin kind) the mobs won’t spawn and the trampoline will still work
