It's a little easier than you think. There is a little bit of language to it, but mostly it is about colors that compliment you, and how you want to appear for the day/occasion. This is coming from someone who struggles to get out of t shirts and shorts/jeans.

@Pancho Sancho I think most of it is. I feel like if you look at the macro of all he has done, there's a master plan and wealth of comedic knowledge, but I also suspect his personality is genuine, and it's why his type of humor is so effective. If he's naturally awkward, but cognitive of it, it's like his comedian superpower lol. Like I could go on and on about the layers of how this is funny but that's just not in the spirit of it lol. In a nutshell, it's brilliant but doesn't *feel* synthetically absurd even if it obviously is.

Except I discovered my boots had steel shanks and kept setting off the metal detectors. I ended up having to visit my friend barefoot, much to the amusement of all the guards.

I have some socks I only wear for certain occasions when I know I might have to take my shoes off at some point. I might be a mess and might be hanging onto some favourite clothing for a little too long, but they don't have to know that. 🤷‍♀️
